Default New wheels for rear

I put new black ZR-1 style wheels on my 88 and wasn't happy with the look in back , so I bought the 11" rears with 315's for tires. I posted a picture , please let me know what you think!! This angle shows the width and deep trim ring.

Running 11's on my 85, just love the looks and the feel in the corners.

Looks awesome!
I'd like to see the clearances up under there for the rear control arms and exhaust. I'd like to try that. Do you know what offset those rear wheels are.

When the manufacturers are putting all-black wheels on their new cars, you know that black wheels are on the way out.

Anyone care to guess what the next "big thing" in wheels will be??

High strength clear polymer wheels. So you can see more of the running gear. Think of it as taking the ability to see the brakes to the next level.

Nice !! They should have came with 11" rears. Removing some of the gap between tires and body, will make it even cooler.

Car looks excellent.

What brand tires are you running in the rear? Need to know since not all 315/35/17's are created equal -- want the widest ones.

The widest ones are the Goodyear F1 GS-D3.

Actually; Carbon Fiber. Weight is less than any other material. BMW is partnerning with a manufacturer to construct rims that are capable of mass production

I have basically the same setup on my car, except I went with the chrome wheels.

Where did you buy the wheels and tires? What tires are you running?
