who makes the best ?
I need two things. a new targa top, mine has a crack in it and seat covers. who makes the best tops and seat covers? has anyone used the leather-like covers instead of the leather? if so are they any good. also I,am thinking it might be better to order with new cushions with leather covers already installed, any suggestions and/or ideas appreciated.

I restored my wife's 69 Vette; used the "leather-like" material and am quite happy with it, now some several years old. I was able to reuse the foam, as it was in good shape (and still is).
The C4 seats are a different animal, I realize. But, far as the material goes, I would assume it is quite similar: good stuff!

Look for covers called "Driver Leather" covers..These are much cheaper then the original leather covers, but are still a good quaility full leather cover..I have had mine for 6 years and they still look great...
