My car is a 95 and does have the LTPW option. Car has 26000 miles. Last summer I put on a factory set of 2014 wheels and tires. Drove the car about 300 miles and the LPTW warning came on, actually due to a low front tire. Stopped at a Chevy dealer in Michigan which reset the indicator and said light would go out within 25 miles of driving. Still on after another 500 miles or so.

If you can offer up maybe more relevant information as to what you've actually got and what was done maybe there's more to be said.
Do you still have your take-off '95 wheels/tires? Still mounted? If yes it's very self explanatory.
