Default OBD Help

My scanner will not turn on when I connect to my 1990 corvette. It worked fine last week.

The scanner works fine on my other cars. Is there a fuse for the OBD?

Help,

Stephen

By chance has your cigarette lighter quit also? On a ford I have that was the problem. It got power from the cigarette lighter fuse

Chances are you have a blown fuse.

Fuse block is on right side of dash, obvious after opening right door. CTSY fuse is 15AMP I believe top left and if your cigar lighter outlet is dead is maybe a go to BUT if all of your CTSY lights/foot-well etc. are functioning then the cigar lighter receptacle itself has failed. That's very likely also.
