Lights on display over radio. 1996
There is a display area over the radio with lots of lights.
Most of these lights, light up when you first turn the key on.
For me the PKE, Low Coolant and Service Traction control do not light up.
Im guessing those bulbs are burt out or removed.
Should they turn on as well?

The owner's manual has a section on what the lights should do in key positions. Some only come on while the engine is turning over in the start position, Like low oil and others. I read somewhere that the PKE light won't light up if you have it disabled with the remote. You can download a manual on line for free if you don't have one.
