Headlight short circuit
Wondering if anyone can shed any light on a problem I'm having ?
Drivers side headlight works absolutely fine high and low beam
Passenger side is just dim and both the sidelight bulb and low beam are on. motor works fine.
I have an 8volt short to earth.
Are the headlight motors 'switched' to provide voltage to the lights when the light rotates?
This is also causing other problems with the turn signals too.

Look at your connections and GROUNDS. Motor does not provide power to the headlight. If the brights do not work on that side change the bulb.

What year someone might have the wiring diagram might be more than one ground. Look at the wires might have a mouse nibble shorting out just noticed the 8v short.
