How do you know if all the recalls have been done on your C4? At this stage can you still get them done?

I don't know if a dealer would help with the old recalls. Most likely not, the parts are probably long gone.

If it's a "safety" recall that hasn't been accomplished it will still likely show in a request by the dealer. I doubt that if it shows NONE outstanding that they would be required to confirm when/if done. The GM response/action I would think could vary dramatically. In the past dealers (it's been said) have gone to great lengths to satisfy owners. It's the NEW GM"!!

What year is this C4? Do you suspect a particular that maybe hasn't been done?

Outside of safety recalls which is required to be fixed for the life time of the vehicle that is still being used on public roads, I'm not a aware of any way to determine what recalls were applied to a car.

Years back they had safety recall on the seat belts, which if never done still active, problem is parts. In the past I have seen seat belts that doesn't match the interiors, cause those colors were available.
