Rolling Rocker Arms or not
I will be rebuilding the heads and I have a question for you experts.
I have a 1991 Corvette Basic I think it is a C4?
I want to change the factory Rocker arms to Rolling Rocker Arms. Do I need to buy guides? What else do I need?

Not sure on the L98's but if it used self aligning factory rockers, then you can get self aligning roller rockers. Maybe someone with a 91 will chime in.

1st of all, yes, it is a C4. (Any Corvette built from 1984-1996 is a C4)
You will need the self-aligning type of rocker arms. Any small block Chevy with the center-bolt valve covers or the LT1, LT4 engines use this type.
Add new valve springs if you are using 1.5 ratio and upgrade to stronger springs if going to 1.6s. (You may need to grind the oil-deflecting tabs off inside the valve covers to clear the roller-rockers.)
