Seems like a fur piece to take yer car. :
The only guy I would take my car to is selling his place so I don't know if he is still taking business. A lot of people take their car to Frank's vettes up in spring. Him and I have had our differences though.

A lot of shops in this area for LSx applications, from big names to little guys. As far as LTx and L98, good luck with that. The average C4 owner probably already knows more about their car than a lot of these shops do.

I would agree on this statement as well! Can't say I'm fond of his business either. Corvettes of Houston, what exactly is it you need done?

I was thinking of starting one. I have the money and the time. I walked a building in Cypress Saturday that I'm going to make a play for. It seems there's no licensing requirements in Tx for auto repair, as a result the majority of shops seem to be glorified parts changers (or worse). I'm not sure I'm going to limit things to just corvettes though.

About 19 hours if you obey the speed limit. I've made it in just under 17 but I've accumulated so many tickets in Illinois and Texas that I quit trying. Illinois is only 120 bucks for 20 over so that's not too bad, but still it motivated me to establish residence in both places so ... no big deal now.
