Donating a car to 501c3 is often times better than selling it. It depends on your tax bracket. The NCM will have to keep the car for 3 years (I think) before they have to make a decision as to whether to sell it or keep it.
Every museum has the same program. We've gotten a couple of cars this year at Revs. The Pete has an entire basement full of cars.
You might want to check with your tax attorney and the NCM if you're thinking about selling your Corvette. The NCM could be a better deal.
