Does it line up in the back?

Also where is the Weather stripping from (it will make a difference)

The pillar strips look like they are separate in that pic.

Could they be on upside down?

I was only able to get one bolt started, the one behind the driver's side seat. So I guess I can say it lines up 50%. It is from Wilcox.

I doubt it, but you never know. I made sure to test fit before I installed it. Hope I didn't install it wrong.

Ok..

you did not replace Targa W/S correct?

did you get the latex W/S from Willcox?

How soft is the top corners of the A pillar?

Can you post some pictures of the W/S stripping along the A and B pillars, Without the top on?

No, I didn't replace the targa W/S.

It is soft, I'd say about a 6/10. It definitely doesn't feel hard.

I'm not sure if these I bought are latex. It doesn't mention it. But here are the links I bought from.https://willcoxcorvette.com/corvette...e-window-84-96

ok.. make sure the W/S is fully seated in the W/S Rails. I assume you cleaned everything. did you use W/S Adhesive? I did not on my car.. no leaks for 9 years. you may have to apply a bit a pressure in the back. both holes should still line up. see if you can bolt them in. then work at the front. the W/S is new and needs to compress.

Do the corners of the A pillar seem hard(ish) or soft?

How dot he windows seal? usually when doing W/S you are readjusting windows too

A pillar corners are soft. I'd say about 6/10 on a soft level. I'll double check the rails. I did use 3m W/S glue. Wish I knew we didn't have to

With roof on, windows up, it looks like they seal nicely. The driver's side has always needed a window adjustment. Not a lot though. Yes, I took a long time making the tracks clean.

You were right Jeff. Got the back bolts started, then the front. Did have to put some pressure, but got it done

Until it forms and fits that will be the way to install it for a while.. assuming you enjoy driving with the roof off

When I nstalled new weather stripping on mine, I had to have the wife sit on the corners of the top to get the bolts started.
