Paint: Clear Coat Missing on a Small Area
Long story short, I had to get a small area repainted on my Arctic White 1995. Referred to a local paint shop by a friend. The paint shop did an awesome job blending the colors, you simply cannot tell there was ever damage done. On closer inspection (after getting it home of course) I noticed a small area about 1" square where the clearcoat is missing. It's not even noticeable unless the light is at the right angle so cosmetically it's not an issue. But I am aware that the paint is not sealed up properly. And things are busy lately so I can't take it back in right away.
Will it cause any problems or damage if I leave the small area of paint exposed for a month or two? Or should I go out of my way to have it sealed up right away?
Thanks

If it's in the garage and not in sunlight or weather, you're OK for a couple months.
If it were me however, I'd have it done right away to protect it and to ensure that the shop didn't forget me!!!
