Just to give y'all a heads up on my concerns with 1992 LT-1 oil leaks, well I got them fixed I'm a little light in the pocket book but the folks did a great job. It seems the main leak was from the oil pan to the timing chain cover. So the put a new oil pan gasket timing chain cover gasket and they discovered a slight leak from my intake so we did that too. And when they took off the Opti, you guessed it, it was corroded inside so I now have a new GM opti. Everything tight now. Thanks for reading.

You're right about the long run. I feel much better about my 92 I love showing my Vette at Car shows folks can't believe it almost 25 years old.
