Will a '96 Head Unit work in a '93 also equipped with the Bose system?

Much depends upon whether you'd be happy with the WHITE/BLACK vs the ORANGE/BLACK of your '93!!

Can the face be changed? I've never considered it but there's maybe those that know! My first inclination is to say fits for FUNCTION!!

At this point it's only a question of function.

I have a '96 and another forum member is in the market for my stereo and we want to make sure it will work.

I'll definitely mention the color difference too. I'm not sure we talked about that yet.
