LT4 cars with Z51 suspension
Does anyone have info on the break down of cars with the Z51 suspension. I have a LT4 car with Z51 wondering how many there were.

I have an LT4 with Z51. I couldn't find a definite number. I thought about this, and mathematically there cant' be many. I don't really think it makes my car worth more, but it's interesting to know I guess. I looked at the RPO codes and I have 1SB which is listed as marketing option 2 package which may or may not have to do with the LT4/Z51. It's also a Z15 (Collector Edition) so who knows. I used a rough estimate using production numbers and assumed same % of LT4s wz51 exist as LT1s w/51. And I like math and spreadsheets because I'm lame:
Total Production: 21,536
LT4: 6,359
Z51: 1,869
1,869/21,536 = ~ 8.7% w/Z51
6,359*0.087=~553 LT4 w/ Z51
Total Production: 21,536
LT4: 6,359
Z51: 1,869
1,869/21,536 = ~ 8.7% w/Z51
6,359*0.087=~553 LT4 w/ Z51

I'd argue that LT4 buyers were more likely to buy Z51 than LT1 buyers.

CER data shows 1,869 Z51 cars were made (exactly what you stated). The Z51 option required 1YY07 and the G92 performance axle if ordered with the LT1.
Nice work haxxx!

I've also 'researched' this as much as possible since I have the Z51 with my LT1 CE. I came up with the same 8% figure. I had no idea it was so low. I really like having the same size wheels/tires on both front and rear to go along with the nice package that it is.

Thanks for all the great information! I had always thought there couldn't be that many LT4 cars with the Z51 suspension based on the low production number for the year. So I can probably say that my torch red LT4 car with Z51 is one of a hundred and something better with that combo.

That's what I was thinking which is why I was trying to find out about my automatic LT1 CE. Even at the 8% mark there aren't going to be many. They are so uncommon that the Corvette dealer I bought mine from didn't even know it was equipped on the car. No one there ever looked at the sheet/sticker. However when I left the showroom after all the paperwork, I was
