Default Decided to keep the C4 and fit new shoes!

The C4 was for sale for a month but decided to hang onto it and sell the Jag (already replaced the Jaaag with a 99 C5 Coupe)

picked up some new wheels and tores from OE wheels

went with a square setup 17x9.5 all around

Crazy how todays sports cars look so bloated compared to 80s-90s Vettes

I couldn't imagine stepping down from an F-type to any C5.

C5's are ok but your mid to late 90's C4 is on spot. Artic white, dark tint windows, black wheels with chrome edges. Cool.

Ive always had a soft spot for C5s its my 5th. The Jag is a base 8 speed auto s/c V6 340Hp, you rewlly have tom ring out it out to get going. Its fun using the close ratio 8 speed, cracking ***** rather quickly using the paddles. It does weigh a good amount more than the C5s and C4s though naturally. Steering is mostly devoid of feedback. Funny i would complain that Corvette steering felt numb, not anymore !

The jag is an "easier" car to drive around, its modern, it looks like sex... Visability is pretty bad and it feels too soft for a sport coupe. Ive driven the S model and its a noticible difference. I got somewhat bored of it though as I do with modern cars thst I cant nessisarly tinker with.

I have more fun driving the C5 A4, non biased opinion. Lower to the ground, better outward visibility, feels faster (torque) and lighter pushing it.

if these cars were women, the Jag would be the safe, logical one that you could take anywhere and have a pleasant time. Stunning good looks but maybe too safe

the Vettes are the honest but wild blondes that always got your back and know how to have a fun time anywhere anytime!

Amazing how the C4 20+ years later still holds up its styling.

Those black wheels are gorgeous on your white Corvette. Excellent choice
