I found this on eBay for a whopping $13.50. Next winter, I am going to take it apart and get out the airbrush and paint it to match my '96. The interior is black and grey, will need to change it to black and red and add the stripes I had painted on the car.

Or maybe I will just leave it as is. It is a 1996 made by Maisto.

That is what it is a model of. The last C4 made. I thought it was cool because it was white and a '96 like mine.

It is probably going to be worth more one day if I leave it alone, you know, like the GI Joes we had back in the 60's that are now worth 100's or the metal pedal car I had as a kid, or or or or or ......

For the time being, I will just display it and keep the box. The tape sealing the doors and hood has not been removed.

You should do it up like yours. I gutted a C5 model and LS swapped my model.

Looks like Maisto went crazy in 96. I didn't know they made a last C4. These are the two I have on my desk at work.



I originally got the Grand Sport because I gave up looking for a CE. Now I can go to car shows and put my toy car in and have it like 'my toy car has an open hood just like my real car has an open hood'.

I am looking for a black C4 for my buddy. He has a black 1990.

I do have an airbrush. If I am going to make it look like mine, I will need to do some practicing.

I will have to get some wheels for the car to match the model.

Nice, I came across this one on ebay for my car, was surprised they made a green one! Of course Maisto always gets little things wrong, like the seats are not right and it's a standard, but shows the LT1 engine.

I got mine for $10 it is marked as a 1992 40th anniversary ZR1
Painted the interior black to match mine and removed the 40th anniversary decals.
last week I made a scale copy of my license plate and added it.

Built mine a couple years ago and bought a Z06 kit just to get the wheels so it would match mine.

I have a Maisto convertible. it was a Pace Car in white (I think!) with a roll bar. I removed that and filled the holes with bondo , and repainted it to match my car inside and out.
