C4 experienced shop in Greenville SC area?

I think Hawks does some Corvette stuff. They're in Easley.

Also, if you feel like bringing it to Greenwood, my buddy Eric at The Automotive Shop would take good care of you. He does all the work on my 95 that I don't feel like doing.

OK thanks. I have done all the work on both of my Vettes for years, but I would like to find someone good that I can trust if needed. I am new to the area and just sold my house, so temporarily in an apartment, so no garage and only a few tools.

This is probably too far away for you but might be a good tip for others in the area. I bought a 91 from a USAF fighter pilot in Goldsboro, North Carolina a few years back. He always took the car to the local Cadillac dealer. He did this because some of the mechanics that worked on his plane also worked part time at that dealership.
There are a lot of jet jockeys at the local USAF base that own Vettes and many of them used this same Caddy service department.

Whittaker Chevrolet is the local Corvette dealer. They farm out all their C4 work to North Hills Automotive. I met the owner out of the blue one day and we talked about what I was doing at the time (Optispark #2). He seemed very knowledgeable about my pain. I would give them a try.
Is there something amiss, or just planning ahead?

Good info, hard to find C4 knowledgeable people, especially these days. No issues, except window adjustment which I am working on. I put in new weatherstripping not long ago, and have a leak.
I am used to doing all the work on my Vettes for years, but now new to area, in an apartment, sold house with garage, and limited tools etc. now, so planning ahead if/when I need someone. +They are near by too.

I have always wrenched my own. But I'm not a real mechanic. I only play one in my backyard.
We have two C4s. (95-96) so I am learning to wrench the 'vette. Optisparks, hoses, WP, plugs, wires, knocks, and on and on and...
And I'm about 1/3 of the way through weatherstrip replacement. It took a backseat to keeping one of the two actually running.
Working on them is not my joy. By a long stretch. Although, it gives me a sense of pride knowing I actually DID it and somehow it works (knock wood). So when a guy in a C7 sticks his nose in the air when I wave, my sense of accomplishment fills the void.
Having said that, if you need something, PM. I have a tiny garage and basic tools. About three miles north of downtown. Cherrydale area.
I replaced the effing Optispark in September on the '96. Just got enough confidence back in my car to take it out of state this week. A real nail biter.
All the best!
