I can say with confidence and experience that the ride is much more "predictable" when going into curves. The old rubber was so dried out on the car had a tendency to roll through curves instead of engaging them. Besides that I haven't seen any stock rubber bushings around any more.

Seems the C4 just isn't in the re-poppers sights yet.
So until someone starts, the only option is aftermarket "nylon" style bushing.
And the conversion, if executed properly, is not much change from stock.
The car is more responsive to driver inputs.
Just remember that the C4 reintroducted the Corvette as a fast car.
Not from the slug it became as the 70's closed.

Robert, if you'll check, OEM rubber bushings are not currently available.

Mine is now polypushed throughout, and although the ride is still very firm, it doesn't crash into potholes so badly, and is SO MUCH more positive due to the wheels staying where they're supposed to!!

Yes i recently replaced all my rubber bushings and i hate the stiffer more bouncy ride, you cannot get rubber bushes anymore.
The rear is the main issue the 4x dog bones then the strut rods, the issue is the crush tubes are a firm fit.
Even though plenty of the special grease was used the crush pins are very tight in the poly bushes, on a smooth highway its not too bad however i went on a long trip on very average roads and the ride so harsh over the road irregularities and slight bumps.
I am tempted to go to a wrecking yard to fine some second hand c4 dog bones with good rubber bushes.......
Needles to say the little woman will not get into the c4 for road trips again ......
Great for track use, like having at least 50% stiffer springs.
