Hey all, this is my first post here so forgive me if I inadvertently mess something up
anyway, I have an 85 with the 4 +3 transmission that I'm attempting to restore and I believe the shift linkage is messed up and needs an alignment; it pops out of second and won't go into reverse sometimes as well as feeling generally sloppy. I found a couple other posts on here that described the process to do a neutral alignment but were too advanced for me to understand and contradicted each other with respect to some parts. Has anyone done this aligment before? Any help with the steps would be greatly appreciated. So far I've taken out the seat and unscrewed part of the transmission tunnel side
