Just bought a 96 and seat belt will not retract
I just bought a 1996 coupe and I can not get the seat-belt to retract or cinch up. It is the longer end that goes across the shoulder that is having problems. The Cinch button is stock and will not move. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
