If you decide to do a wrap the "cosmic blue" that 3M has is a dead ringer for admiral blue. I held a small sample up against my GS and it basically disappeared

Here is one from around 2005. It was stated that Corvette Central might have a kit to do this reverse look.

I've been busy with life but finally got the pinstripes done this weekend as well as the installation of the flares. The front bumper will be finished next weekend... then it's time to stockpile the suspension and exhaust mods for a spring install.

I'm really happy with the look

Love the addition of the pin stripes. It's really what makes the car pop!

That looks awesome. I really like it, a great look.

I want to see a red w/ white stripe and blue hash marks now.

It was done before.

Op, I am really considering trying this out.

Price is the factor though.

I have about $120 invested in the stripe project. Luckily I had an almost complete GS pinstripe kit laying around and a buddy of mine had a partial kit as well that he gave to me to complete my kit.

I'm sure a custom red/white pin stripe could be made by a graphics shop or something off of the shelf could be bought.

Go for it. I had a lot of fun doing it. It's not perfect but it's pretty good imo and I've got next to nothing in it.

I actually ended up making a livery in Forza 7 tonight of a red/white strip/blue hash mark C4. It looks pretty awesome. My car was originally a Red car, if I ever were to repaint it back to stock, I'd definitely do the stripe setup. It looks great.

Thanks for the positive comments. This is my first attempt at striping a car with vinyl. Getting it centered and symetrical isnt easy
No kidding! Good job. Looks like slightly more blue on the left side of the front plate than the right. Barely noticeable.

There was or still is a stripe kit available off the shelf.

I have to do my whole car maybe palsti dip?

the stripe kit is from phoenix graphics. They make the gm restoration authorized pin stripe kit for the 96 grand sport. I simply used this kit and switched the sides that the stripes were meant to be applied to complete the reverse theme.

I've owned a C5 '03, and a C3 '78 - - - the C4 is by far the best for fit, feel, handling, speed, etc - excellent car - understated, and under rated.
