'85....is the outer rear light as hard to replace as it looks?????

not really. there are youtube videos on it. mine was easy.

I've watched about four different approaches and each one seemed to take longer than the one before. Anywhere from 2-4 hours.

unscrew plate.

stubby unscrew first light.

put arm in first hole unscrew second light. swap bulb.


or maybe im misunderstanding what u r asking.

What Octane do you all burn? The PO said he burns regular,doesn't seem right to me

Some people use 87 octane with no problems. However my stock 1985 C4 needs 89 octane. Otherwise it "knocks" a little under acceleration.
