Default 94 Sport Seat issue

I have a 1994 with the sport seat option. The lumbar and side bolsters only work intermittently. I do hear what I assume is a motor run when I press any of the switches, so I know it isn't the switch. So, anyone have this problem and have an idea what is the issue? Thanks!

Pull lever under front seat down and back to lift out bottom seat. Then you will have access to the motor and controls - need to do the same!

and while there is an electric motor under each seat as well as a manifold for the air bladder tubes under each seat there is only 1 air pump. that resides under the passenger seat and an air tube provides air to the manifold under each seat.

Does anyone have a clue what might be wrong? The sport seat adjustment works intermittently, other times just makes a noise under the seat. Thanks!

Is it the bolters, or the lumbar?

My 92 the air bladders all cracked and failed. I replaced them with some air bladders used for blood pressure cuffs.

It's all the adjustments, lumbar and bolster. So whatever connects all of them is only working intermittently. Thanks!
