What is this part?
When I bought my 96 Base last May this part was in the little door compartment loose. I have spent a couple of hours looking for where it goes. Those three little bumps are rubber. Anyone know what it is? Thanks,Dan

Thanks scrappy76 you are correct. The weird thing is there is one on the rear cover. The one on does not have the 3 little rubber plugs. Why the PO had an extra one is a question I can't answer as both are fine and not broken. Thanks again, Dan

You probably will find this amusing, but when I bought my 94, it also came with one of those pull handles in the bag from corvette central. The one that was on the cover was fine, so I just put the new one on the shelf till I need it. I could not figure it out why either.
