"Midlifecrisis1979" - I love that name! I had a "late life crisis" at age 65 and purchased my first Corvette!

Bought my first vette when I was a kid and still got it! Guess that's why I have an affinity for the l98 c4. I love the digital corvette, and recently got the bug again after letting mine sit for years, hence the midlife!

Yep! We are not alone. My wife and I attended one of the local Corvette Clubs Christmas Party. The entire place was full of mid-life and late-life crisis folks (LOL)!

I wonder if avoiding legal trademark/IP (intellectual property) infringement was the idea behind the awful wheels.

These were always my favorite stock Fox body wheel.

The 4 lug design does not look so bad on there.

That is my favorite color combo on those cars. A buddy of mine just sold his 87 vert in those colors.

My crisis was at 59, it's my first Corvette and bought late summer. Just love it. I just put her to rest for the winter in a friends garage, find myself opening my garage a lot and expecting to see it. Cannot wait for spring, my first full summer of fun coming up.

I think this guy has a lot of respect for his. Talk about a price jump for C4s.
