Probably not for a C4. You can verify the car-to-ramp clearance with various Race Ramps models using the service ramp calculator at

I have a set of these --
they are around 66" long, and the wheel platform is approximately 11" high. the front, side air dam (Z51) does hit just a little, but it does flex enough, and the aluminum edge of the ramps doesn't seem to cause any damage. overall, no problems. when my C4 is on the ramps (opposite end on jack stands), the bottom of the car is around 18" off the ground. more than enough to lay on a creeper for basic maintenance. I've done exhaust systems, dropped the drive shaft, oil pan, replaced the starter, serviced the transmission, etc., all without issue. when on the ramps and the rear up on jack stands, the car is at a perfect height for top end, under the hood work. like most ramps, they do scoot, but I modified them with "locating" pins and with concrete anchors in my garage floor, eliminated that problem. bought them years ago and paid $200. I would guess, a little more expensive today...
...phase II - hopefully, this year!

Never saw the attracktion of spending 100's of $$$ for something you can make yourself for the cost of 3 8x10x2 in boards and some screws

I've had an exact setup like these that I currently use for 30 years but they're still too tall for my C4 and can't resist the Race ramps..

The spoiler rubs it a little too much for my liking but it could probably go up the ramp without significant damage. Plus I plan to replace the spoiler this spring and I just don't want to start scuffing it up doing basic maintenance.

A 2x8 a foot long in front of each ramp would take car of any rub

I use Race Ramps. I recommend getting 2-piece.

I have a couple of 1989 Corvettes, so similar. The two sets of Race Ramps, I bought at Carlisle, and through Fred at Reverse Logic on a "show Special", but they also have deals on their site. I point this out, as the ramps were really not that expensive, and weigh about as much as a stack of paper.
Anyways, lots of options for how to lift one's Corvette. But after decades of the wooden ramps, I am happy with a lighter solution. I hope this info helps.
