Crazy Dealer?
I was looking for a good daily driver (non-corvette) and came across this. And I love yellow c4s
Went down fast around pic 10
This is what I paid for my 92. But mine had new paint, good seats and carpet.

Doesn't say just how much work is needed outside of what shows in the pics. Figure $1K to $1500 for seat covers and foam. Looks like a PO had become a member of the Flying Roof Club and that could be around $500 to repair and paint.
Hard to say what the brakes and suspension may be like. Weatherstripping may be another $700- $1K to replace depending on OEM or aftermarket rubber.
The ad says $4995 but a $3500 offer would be more reasonable given the condition and assuming it drives OK.

I don' think it' that bad of a price. Like the others said, sure they will.come down some, but it' a yellow corvette that runs and drives and works for 5k. What more could you ask for? Sure it' a little worn, that' why it' 5k and not 50k like a new one...

I don't think it is crazy. He got it for almost nothing FOR SURE.
The car needs some help, but not terrible. Too bad it is not stick.
The miles are not that high.
It is at a dealer I would expect this price range.
People here think c4's are or SHOULD be worth money, maybe an optimist can scoop it up and fix it up.

No not crazy money. I paid $6250 for my 94 2 owner with 107k from a dealer. Mine was in better shape but I'd buy it it as long as it was mechanically sound.

Don't the CA freeways turn into parking lots? I would think a lot depends on how much maintenance was done over the years. Brake fluid coolant oil changes and if everything actually works. I did find it odd it is listed for regular gas and would think that is 87 octane. Looks like a bear got to the seats LOL. If that is 4500 my 91 with way less miles and as good easily to actually better condition is a no brainer at 6500. And has maintenance all up to date.
