Another GM C4 whack
Thanks GM.
First they publish a story whining about current Corvette sales, how awesome the 2019 ZR1 is, and how awesome the 1998 C5 was 20 years ago. Oh so nice, please buy.

Next bit, oh yeah, look at the 1985 sand box whack-a-doodle! What a fun clown car! Watch us get crazy!

I mean if my c4 was as trashed as the one they started with I'd have probably done the same thing. Too much work for no return...
As for the c7, I don't care. People say what they want. I don't like it. Everyone will do what they want. Corvettes are polarizing no matter who is speaking. Why even bother....

I get what you are saying but I take a different view on the Roadkill Kart. I see it as showing what a pretty damn impressive platform the C4 is. If I remember the episode correctly the Kart kicked *** on the track when they did their original mods.
They hack on everything and don't take the cars or themselves too seriously. I think they just showed how impressive the car was for it's time.

I thoroughly enjoy roadkill. A lot of people don't get it but it's just fun in it's purest form.

I really enjoyed the original tear down by Roadkill, especially when they went for a drive and were hooked by C4 feel.
I'm not pissed at them, rather GM portraying the C4 as a junker plaything. Lookie, they will do skiing! How quaint! Not the rest of the story, how great the base C4 led to all this.
I'm certainly not buying a C7, ever.

If it had a stiff frame it would have been a monster. Or at least a t-top

But for the money, a C4 is prefect for the trailer park clowns from Road Kill.

Good times.
Remember there was a lot of speculation when the C4 came out it was a completely different car. Neighbor bought a new vette every year his 85 was his favorite. Fuel injection was a mystery back then
