i admit, i can only afford a C4
Last spring.
Nice car, still put $1.5k into repairs since purchasing.
Waiting on rear hatch struts to show up and may update weather-stripping later this summer. Otherwise, she's like a new car.

Burning Brakes
Don’t be ashamed of a C4. They are inexepensive. Not cheap. I own 4 of of them for less money than a normal car. ( Normal = Boring ) my DD is a 2003 Jag X - Type.....also an “inexpensive” car. My wife drives the grocery getter, a new Camry.

Funny thing I see about a green C4...
People either love them or hate them.
Any other color is just another color IMO and people might like them or just deal with them, but Polo Green must stand out enough to provoke opinion.

There are so many nice examples at reasonable/affordable prices.
Why not buy a C4?

I'm proud of my C4 and you should be as well. Your Polo Green car is beautiful. Nothing to be ashamed of about driving a C4. Heck, any Corvette for that matter. Doesn't matter if its not the fastest car on the planet, its still a masterfully engineered automobile that brings people together and puts smiles on anyone's face that's in the car. I had an 84 4+3 for years and by current standards, the car was not very quick. But it was quick enough for me and I enjoyed that car so very much.

My 88 is by no means a show car but I still get comments from people wherever I bring it about what a nice car it is. Enjoy the ride.
