I had a set in the 80s made by Cragar. Looked good 30 years ago.

You know, if you like the look nothing does it better than louvers but otherwise window tint looks a lot cleaner.

They were cool before Window Tinting was popular (pre 80s) but now not so much.

I had them on an 81 VW GTI and an 86 Honda CRX. Biggest problem I had was when they got snow on them. brushing it off was a PITA. I was in Upstate NY then.


I figure if they were common to the cars time why not. I've always had a thing for adding period correct accessories. I put a traffic light viewer and a compass on my 54 Belair.
