Hello I just purchased a 1994 c4 it did not come with the keyless remote. I just tested the PKE it it seems to work. So where is the best place to purchase a new remote?

ebay for used or new, countless corvette online stores for new. Just be aware new ones are not cheap.

Anything less than $130 is a really good deal. Be sure you read about the PKE function and understand how it is supposed to work.

Programming a new one into the cars system is spelled out nicely in the owners manual. As markklein said, the average for new old stock is around $130. Just be careful your getting the whole remote. Quite a few vendors sell replacement cases.
