Saw these wheels for sale locally. Gonna go and take a look this evening. I really like the look on this C5 vette and the style. I'll double check the offset, but if good what are your thoughts? Will it look good or cheesy? I was actually looking for 18s or many 19s but I personally think these will look sick. BTW - my 90 vert is triple black.

I think it will be too big, and look awkward. I think the brakes will just be too small.

a 20 inch wheel on a c4 is a difficult look to pull off i think ive only seen one (5 abivt) that looked proportionate in the end it only matters if you like them im running 18 front and back

The brakes will look lost. If that doesn't bother you and the price is right then it's your car your choice. You have to be satisfied not us.

OK, I went to look at them and they are awesome. Deep dish, chrome, mint condition with practically new tires. I also confirmed the wheels and their offset is perfect (none will stick out my wells). I put the wheels beside mine (not mounted, just resting against my current wheels) and took some pictures. They are big, but I personally don't think they will look out of place. But want some more opinions with my new pictures. As for the brakes, I peeked through my stock wheels at the calibers and yes they are plain (grey) - what if I spray painted them black?
Need opinions fast as the guy is holding them for me until tomorrow. Price for everything is less than 1 of the wheels new without a tire.

I think it's horrible personally, but it's really up to you. I would also look into how much new tires will be for it eventually. For my c6, the 19/20 combo means tires are like 2 grand a set.

Dan go for it man and don't look back. You will love them and the way it makes your vette look. That is what this hobby is all about. It's a 25 year old sports car. Make it the way you want.... and then reward the car by driving it all the time.

Well, remember, you asked for opinions.... so heres mine... they look ridiculous.... too large and ghetto.
That said, its your car, if you like them thats what matters most. You are the one who has to like it... none of us.
Good luck with your decision.

I think it mostly has to do with the side profile and the ***(small) end of the C4 that make the wheels look too large. I have a 19/20 CCW setup on my C5 and love the look. If you really like the look I say go for it. Run them for a bit and then if you decide you don't like them anymore turn around and sell them.

well I bought them. Got them for $700CDN ($550 US). They are MOZ wheels (mint) with brand new BF Goodrich G Force tires (still have the ***** on the sides). I checked online and each wheel alone is $900 US and each tire is about $300US - so basically got a $5000 US set for $550.
I'll mount them this weekend and provide some updated pictures. If I don't like them I'm sure I can make a profit if I take my vette to some local car shows this summer and advertise them

But to each his own; I don't expect everyone to like my modifications either.

It looks like you have more wheel than car IMHO.....
