Should I Install or sell this wing?
Debating for years to just put this thing on. It would be green. All thoughts and input welcome.
Front ground effect is going back on too.

DO NOT ask this forum what does or does not look good on YOUR car. Customizing YOUR car is what separates you from the stock waxers that have anointed themselves what is and what is not acceptable in the corvette world.
If you like it, then absolutely go for it, but don't give these so called purists any notice.

What does the wing on invoke in you on a c4?
My dilemma is that I literally am 50/50.
I like the way it is so much stock, but the stock look is ruined by ground effects, and a hood scoop.
I was mostly concerned about down force at one time, but now not may around like this anymore.

Do you (the OP) know the origin of that rear spoiler? There is a very scarce (rare) one made for Chevrolet IMSA racing in 1988. That picture looks like it could be one of those.

I am looking at putting a wing on my C6 for looks since I have no plan to track the car. We are mocking one up in foam to get the design I want and then will 3D scan it and then have it 3D printed.
Think outside the box!!!

It would look pretty good if it was molded into the rear bumper as one piece.

if you like it go for it. just remember when you sell it that will be a negative for most buyers and will make it much tougher to sell, JMO.

Nice ride like the mods. Suggest coloring the wing in a paint or a similar computer program for a more realistic look then decide. IMHO you need something on the rear to compliment the other mods if the current item is a no go a small lip spoiler may do it.

Everyone's opinion is going to be different. If you like it slap it on. For me it does nothing and screams rice. It's just another one of those stupid things that makes it look fast but isn't. Put some stickers on it too, I hear each one adds 5 horsepower. I would sell it and put it towards something to make it more fun to drive. (Faster, better sound)
Aesthetically, I think most Corvettes don't really need anything except maybe different rims and even that is debatable. The only thing I've done to mine is the rims because the paint was chipping off and I wanted the big *** 315 rear tires. Other than I've done an xpipe and installed headers so it sounds better. It has more sound with the top off and makes it more fun for me.

I prefer originality but considering the other mods, I don't think it will look bad.
