1992 Trun Signals dead
I put a new battery in. Now I have no turn signals. Fuse is ok, hazards still work. lever seams solid up and down. I cannot find the relay under the drivers side dash where it says it is. Someone know the location, also are the hazzard bulbs same as turn signal? I was told if one bulb goes out nothing works. any suggestions would be helpful
thanks

Turns and hazards use separate flashers and separate fuses?
Are your backup lights working? They share a fuse with the turn signals.
Here is the FSM drawing of the flasher location

thanks, I will try and locate the relay. The back up lights do not work either. I checked the fuse and it is ok. I even tried 2 other fuses and they show power. I.m told its either the relay or a connection from the fuse box to the column and reverse lights. I guess its gonna be a pain either way.

The fuse powers both circuits and according to the wiring diagram the wire splits off before the flasher. Seems it might be a break after the fuse but before the circuits split off. The FSM shows the circuit splits at the fuse. So I'm wondering if there is a bad connection in the fuse panel. If the output connection is bad, the fuse will still show 12v on both sides with the ignition in run.

Thank you everybody, especially belairbrian for the diagram. After dropping the carpeted panel under the steering wheel there a metal plate. After taking off the plate you can access all the wiring and the relay. Job is done and all fixed
