So, in the restoration process I removed the carpet in my '89. According to the RPO codes I have saddle interior. The carpet stated "med cognac" on the back of it. I received some samples from stockinteriors.com and the saddle appears to be too dark compared to the carpet I pulled out. All of the other samples appear too light. Has anyone else experienced this or does anyone have any experience with this company for carpet? I believe in the end I can use the darker carpet and it will be fine because it will be uniform, it's just frustrating.

I would guess it has faded and lightened over the years and sunlight exposure...
