We drove my 85 4K miles from Cincy to Vegas and back some time ago, and she loved Corvettes ever since. She reads CF with me sometimes, and has been flirting with the idea of buying one for some time.
There was a yellow one in Cincy she saw on a dealer ad when I was browsing Craigslist on Wednesday. She called about it, and they told her they were selling it right at that moment. She was very disappointed, so we found this one in Indy and she wanted to go see it. As soon as she drove it, I knew she would buy it.
Nice car....and no odfense to you guy owners out there but BLACK ROSE Metallic may be the most perfect Corvette color ever made for female owners I mean come on it has “Rose” in its name

I am glad you are happy. You are always so generous with your time answering all those transmission questions. I have seen you answer the same question many times but it always seems like the first time to the OP.
The Mrs. is a very practical, frugal chick.. Excellent in every way. She doesn't spend a lot on herself, so she wants to splurge on a Corvette, she's certainly earned the privilege to do that.

Which I pointed out pretty much ends any discussion of 2 seat sports cars.. Because nobody "needs" one.
"Want" one is a different matter entirely, and that takes us into Corvette territory.
How many peeps went right to the wheels to see if they were backwards?
Nice looking car. She won't want to be taking that jankey-azz 85 on any more road trips now that this car is in the fleet. Seems like a reasonable price. How many miles are indicated?
