Default ‘96 Fluid leak... Need Help with ID!

I’ve noticed a few droplets on my garage floor when running the engine. I got under the car and saw this was the most forward location with leaking fluid on it. While the engine ran, I noticed a droplet forming around the collar of the middle hose in the picture. I can’t tell if it’s coolant or power steering fluid.

Looking in for he maintenance manual, I cannot figure out what part this is and if it is a DIY fix.

What hose is this? Can this type of leak be fixed by a novice at home?

Middle hose is where droplet forms when running engine. This view is under car looking forward, left of oil pan.

Thanks for any insight.

Hard to tell but it looks like p/steering hose. It's a little awkward. 18mm crows foot socket 3/8 drive, u joint, extensions. Long 3/8 ratchet. 5/8 flare nut wrench. High pressure hose leaks more often than return hose..

Thanks for the info. On second look, I’m almost possible it’s PS fluid.
