Default Location of fuse

thank you for showing me where the fuse housing is located for the under the hood lights on my 1993 C4 coupe. i am having trouble figuring out how to open the in-line housing. I am including a quote from a member a while back so you will know I have found it.

"The later C4's have a 10A fuse for the underhood lights that is located in a small fuse holder next to the round vacuum container in the driver's side headlamp well. Because the underhood light's don't have a timer, many people remove this fuse if the hood is left open for long periods of time"

How does one open the fuse holder?

Thank you for helping me ressolve this issue. I know that it is minor but it is a challenge for me to have lights under the hood.

Please have a pensive Memorial Day

Thank you!

Default

Additional Information: It looks like each under the hood light has its own in line fuse and neither work. Could it be that there is another fuse located at the end of the dashboard in that fuse panel? would it govern both lights? Thanks again!
