Default Cleaning Grand Sport Wheels

Question is,how is the best/safest method way to clean black painted grand sport wheels?Really don't want to remove.

Just clean with soap and water than use a good cleaner/wax or Maguire's diamond cut than wax , to clean the inside or do a super good job you will have to remove.

I know these are C7 wheels, but black wheels are black wheels. I used Meguiars M205 and a Mother's cone (drill attachment)...look at the before and after... Not on high speed, but enough to get off the top layer of dirt. The before picture is a washed wheel - it just look that faded when clean... Ill let you judge if M205 made a difference...
