Hatch Shade Poll
After our clubs car show tonight, I've got a really weird poll I want to start. I noticed at our last show that another '94 didn't appear to have a handle for the hatch shade. When I questioned the owner (a friend) he said sure it does, and showed me it was on the bottom side of the bar. Well I tought that was strange as mine is on the top. Then tonight, I asked another friend and he show me that his was on the bottom as well. This got me to wondering whether mine was wrong. We went back to mine to see about maybe mounting mine on the bottom and what do you know? I had a handle there TOO! :eek: So I went to one final C4 and checked his out and he had two as well. So the poll is, how many do you have and were are they located? You'll probably have to go look as I NEVER realized I had one on the bottom side as well. :rolleyes: Also, if you respond, please note what year car you have and if you know, if it was early, middle, or late run. Hoping to make some sense of this. :D :seeya

I don't have a digital camera, but I might be able to borrow one and get a pic up. The best way to explain it, is there's a handle on the shade. It's either attached on the top side, the bottom side, or you have two like mine.

I have TWO handles.... One on the bottom of the shade, and one in the glovebox.. You figure it out!!!

My 88 had one on the bottom, nothing on top. I don't know about my 96--I've had it over two years, but I've never pulled the shade on it because it had dark tint on the hatch glass when I bought it. I'll go out and check.
