Anyway, the kits came. I clayed the car. Nice! I had some problems with the other products. So, I emailed Jon the next day. He replied back quickly and CALLED my house. I called him back and we talked for a good half an hour about my problem. We came to the agreement that I would try again in the garage in less humid conditions. I did this and got the same problem. I emailed Jon again and he credited me the entire purchase price. He told me to keep the products also.
The reason for this post is to COMPLIMENT the OUTSTANDING customer service I received from Pinnacle. The service, understanding, and dedication to the customer was SECOND to NONE.
