Vanity plates, down to 3 choices
Whats your opinion ordering on Tuesday. I only get 6 spaces on the old
Nevada Blue Plate
or I can get 7 spaces on the new Sunset Plates.
Thanks for your support   :flag :flag :flag :seeya

My thoughts are that I don't want to pay the state of CA. anymore than I have too.
Screw them.

1BDVET
All Corvettes are BAD.
Just make sure it's not taken yet! I had like 14 different ways to spell Quicksilver before I found one that wasn't taken.
See which one I ended up with?
PS, Your choice has only 6 digits. Fla., allows 7 and a space. If it's the same in NV., maybe you can try: "1BAD VET" or "1BD VETT".
And dude, it's not a vanity plate, its "personalized"!

The only one that even seems feasible is the bad vette one.... however, I wouldn't dare put a plate like that on my car unless I had something to back it up with. I've got over 450HP and wouldn't do it. Now perhaps on my tubbed, blown bigblock S-10, I'd put something about being bad but what happens if you put bad vette and get your doors blown off by some kid in a civic with a big tach and nitrous? LOL.
No offense, just an opinion but hey, they're like....

:iagree: For my vanity plate, I was initially tempted to get something that inferred performance but then I realized that I was opening the door for every imaginable street challenge out there and with a LT1 that's currently bone stock, I knew that wasn't where I wanted to be. Instead, I settled on a plate that was more of a personal reflection as well as an observation shared by most of the women previously in my life: MR WRONG :)
Anyway, judging from your posts the last month or so, I voted for 8mymny...

I vote 1BDVET.
But it doesn't seem to have much imagination. The other 2 are yawners. I'd keep looking for something else. I bet you can find a good one if you try.

Sorry, none of those tickle my fancy.
FWIW, I agree with C4 Newbie - I don't try to boast or even avdertise what's under my hood. The surprised looks from M5's and AMG's are priceless!

Re: Vanity plates, down to 3 choices (Southern Comfort)
Ya know, I'm so stupid, I didn't get the ate my money... that actually is pretty good cause it doesn't reflect car, ex wife, home, etc....
I used to race jetskis and my tag on my Yukon says LKEITWET, I had to apply 3 times before I had to call up DMV in Raleigh and pitch a fit... she said it could be taken as offensive... I told her not my fault she has a dirty mind.. lol.
The funny thing is I had a built to the gills Mustang GT long ago and my license plate said FORDGASM... apparently they didn't think that was offensive .... go figure.

The plate I have here says FN KEWL
The DMV gave me a little flak about it, and I told them it means Fun & Cool....and I then asked her what she thought it meant. She didn't say a thing and stamped it "approved". (Actually it means EFFIN KEWL)
It's only 6 letters and would fit nicely on your plate.
