front license plate cover
have a 89 coupe how do you remove the front cover, i got busted after
all this time so now i have to put my front plate on. never have had it off.

my 86 has two screws between the bottom of the cover and the bumper. use a really skiny screw driver to get them off and it should swing out. (can't remember if they are torx or phillips screws).

I never have put a front plate on my 1995 vette. In california it depends on what city you are in. Some enforce it, some dont. I live in Huntington Beach, And they supposedly enforce it. But never have been pulled over. Plus all the vettes we sell, dont have front plates, and we have had only 1 customer complain that they got pulled over. so itsa kind of up to you. :auto:
