Graduated High School Today! Did a Wicked cool burnout exiting hell for the last time!
Woohoo  Its over, I passed my final 2 exams today, and in 1 week, I walk the aisle grab the diploma...and high tail it outta there!
Haaa it been 13 long years and its finallt come to a close. Ill miss my friends, and a few teachers....but overall Im glad its over.
No more getting rear ended once a month in the parking lot. :mad
No more essays...teachers threatening to send you to the office...
Plus, I did the massive wicked cool burnout on the way out of school. I must have spun em for a good 100 feet at least :reddevil

Do they actually give you your diploma? When we walked the line, which we were required to do, they just gave you an empty folder. This was to keep you from doing anything stupid, if you did they wouldn't actually give you your diploma.
Kinda pissed me off that graduation was mandatory. Seems to me like if they didn't respect me enough to actually give me the diploma then why the hell should I go to their ceremony.
Gratz though. Now you'll just get rear ended once a month in college.

I remember my last day of high school... May, 1983... wow... the car I had then, a POS AMC Pacer had a problem with the horn... and the tradition of honking the horn was hit and miss for me... argh. :banghead:
And with the Pacer, there was no smokey burnout... unless it was snowing... and as icky as the weather in Delaware can be, snow ain't happening at the end of May!
What are your plans? Work? College? Military?

well, Im going to work the summer, then go into a local school here that does only specialty trades.
Such as: Cosmetology, chef, Auto mechanic..etc..
Im going ot go into a 12 month course on outboard engine/lawnmower enginr repair. Im going to be sure I have something to fall back on should anything ever happen in my life. Then Im going to go into the same bussiness my dads in, which is an agent for a check collection company.
Ive got short term plans as well....
use graduation money to finance the restoration of my 1949 Farmall C restoration. Then, find a nice restorable 1967 Thunderbird...and restore it...it will be my show car, the vette will be my race car...lol... :smash:

Re: (JB666)
hehe. I dont have chains on my tires...so there was no damage...lol...
Tomorrow moring @ 8:00 There is going to be a meeting across the street from school. We all have to go to the Senior breakfast, so they have arranged for a Senior Parade across a major Highway, which will be shut down for a few minutes tommrow for us to cross.
We get to honk horns and blare music as we enter the school grounds...
My horn broke, so Iwent and bought one of those emergency Air Horns...you know, the 20 dollar jobs, you can hear em a mile away...
Im gonna boom em all out! :hurray: Little story, when we got our boat a year or so ago, I was messing around i nthe emergency kit. It was about 1:00 i nthe morning, we had worked all night. I found an old air horn..
I told my dad "it probably doesnt work" So I mashed the button. It worked..and the button was stuck down. It freaked me out so I threw it down. MY dad got it and tossed it out the boat...still blaring...Finally I ended up busting the head off. IT was cool when all the C02 came out...
Anyways....Everyone for at least a half mile was awake...lol
I washed the car this afternoon. Polished the turbines, cleaned the tires, and hand cleaned each individual turbine hole in the wheels. I got some bumper painr and painted the lower bumper block thingy. Put dressing on the tires, and the side molding. Hand dried the car, and washed all the glass.
And now its about to rain....lol...
OBTW...my car still smokes like a **** on start up... :mad
