AWESOME! Let me ask you a few questions. WHere did you buy the wheels/tires at and what type of tires did you go with? Any clearance issues? I bought some 17x9.5 and 17x11 and am shopping for some tires. I cant wait to put them one, Congrats.

To my fellow black/polished lip wheel-guys...

To answer the "Where" question, I picked up the set on ebay from a guy with a 2002 Z06... They came with good rubber up front, and next to dead Nitto DRs out back, but the set shipped was $575, so I couldn't pass it up.

Chris, I gave serious thought to the chrome, but I felt like chrome was an overdone thing, especially in my area. I think the black/polished lip definately set my car apart from the numerous other C4s in my area (All stock appearing)... Hell, 3 vettes on my street of 8 houses (2 C4s, 1 C5 coupe), and another 3 C4s (96CE, Black 91-95 Coupe, White 91-95 Coupe) all a stones throw away.

Accentuates the positive!

Those black rims make you look right to the heart of that sweet red interior!

Better be careful. I got slammed by some for putting GS rims on my '93 Polo.

Someone else said that to me the other day. I debated putting on a small red light that flashed back and forth for effect, until I came to my senses and realized I don't have a trans-am for a reason. ; )

Those look sweet. If I ever change wheels, that's what I'm going with. I have a friend with a black '94 w/ those wheels and with the tinted windows like you're planning (and black side pipes) and it looks very sinister.
