I think from now on, the only place my vette will be unattended is in the garage. Otherwise, it's bound to get hit, or keyed, or sabotaged. Already been sabotaged and hit... now I guess next it'd get keyed.

For your sake I hope you don't ever find out who did that. I caught some kids egging cars in my 'hood' and ended up snapping some kids knee cap with a baseball bat. To top things off... he was 16 so I was the one in trouble. I got off with community service because I pleaded my case as a 'protection of investments' but the judge said it's the cops job to protect us.
I'm sorry to see that. Depending on your stance with this... claim it on insurance first (if they will cut a check for the damage) then try various solvents and agents to try to fix it yourself.

I had a painter prime and paint my garage and everytime he passed the sofit vent he freckled my at the time brand new 2003 2500 HD, we got the primer off with "De-natured alcohol" and then waxed the truck and it was ok... try that.

Depending on where you work (office type building), I'd see if the company's building insurance would cover the damage. If it was vandalism done on company property, it would stand to reason they would cover what’s on it. Additionally, you've left your car in the care of the company. Do they have security cameras protecting vehicles? Just a thought.

WHAT NERVE!
For someone to go that far I would actually be afraid of what I would do to them if I ever caught them in the act...
good thing you have a nice chance of getting it off with paint thinner or something so atleast they didn't ball bat it.
sorry

scofolo,
I'm elated that you were able to remove that paint. Hopefully your Saleen buddy can get all of his off too.
I would LOVE to muscle-up the twit that did that to you, and drill him right into the pavement, face first.
