Default Well...it finally happened. [Huge Pic]

While sitting at a light about an hour ago, I was backed into. A lady backing out from a side parking space got me. Police report will be ready to pick up Tuesday. I have full insurance, and a great fiberglass guy nearby. Glad the seasons' winding down.

That sucks. Don't get me started on those little old ladies at the grocery store.

Hope it gets fixed before she goes to bed for the winter.

I have no doubt that it will. Just will be down for awhile. No biggie, cold weather's almost here anyway.

Does anyone have experience with a similar hit? Will they replace the whole panel? Just cut out the bad and put in new? New bumper or fix the old one?

Thats the worst panel to work on.. it doesn't come off easily...

If its possiblee, cut out that section off another car and patch it.

I don't think thats a hard hit... it doesn't take much to damage fiberglass. What kind of car was she driving though, something with a metal bumper I'm sure... like a small SUV???
