Some Corbeau seats will fit but the width of the seat is important. The e-brake assembly may have to be removed to get the seat in and they probably will not bolt directly to the OEM seat brackets if you want to retain the factory power seats.

Sparco EVO and EVO II seats will fit but the e-brake has to be removed. Look in the autocrossing and Road Racing sectionfor the thread that ghoffman of Hardbar started on the new brackets for C4's they developed for installing Sparco seats in C4's.

The CR-1 Corbeau sold by MAM will fit, but the power seat base will have to be eliminated. Finding seats that will fit the rather narrow confines of the C4 cockpit has been a problem for me, especially since I will not give up either the e-brake or the stock power bases.
My intention is to buy one of the APC seats sold by Summit/Jegs, since they are narrow enough, and then to see if I can fabricate an adapter to mate it to the stock base. If I am successful, I'll buy a second seat and repeat.
If I am NOT successful (and I should be, I've made adapters to put a ProCar seat in my VW and it turned out very well), I'll have a nice seat to put on Ebay....
It should work, the only problem I forsee is having room to actually fasten the seat/adapter to the base. The stock seat allows the seat base to be removed to access the fasteners. Aftermarket seats do not and require a certain amount of ingenuity.
I'll let this forum know if it works.

Default A4

I spoke to Corbeau, they said they recomend the A4 for that application. They also make an A4 wide. It won't fit.

Take a look to see what I am running.
I have the Corb. non-power bases, with a fully operational parking brake and it still all fits around my down tube. I will get the part number off of the base when I get home and post the info!

Is that a custom rollbar? How tall are you Padrummer?

Yeah,
The custom roll bar was designed to fit around the seats I am running.
It is very tight, dont get me wrong. If I want comfort I will take out the Town & Country!
I am 6'2" and over 300lb. but I still can hop in and out of it and have driven the car for extended periods of time. The biggest problem with the rollbar so far is the lack of footroom at the bottom of the downtube(its a 6-speed car.)

Default How much headroom?

With the A4 seat and, I assume, the C4 bracket that Corbeau makes, how much headroom can you get over the standard seat? I have not seen the Corbeau seat bracket for the A4 so I don't know if it allows the seat to go all the way to the floor in the rear.
