door panel removal?
Hey Vette guys,
I was trying to remove the passenger side door panel on a 1990
Vette and I had no success. All screws are off, although the center of
the door where the handle is located will not get loose. The light is off and the bezel is loose except for the bottom of the bezel. Please help!

There is a screw behind the door lock slider.

You can pry it out gently with a thin screwdriver. Just make sure it's unlocked, that will make it easier to manuever it out. Once it's out you will see it only snaps into place.

It really helps if you place a box (or something about the same height as the door bottom) under the door to support the panel whilst disconnecting all the wiring connectors. Or you'll need and assistant that isn't offended by the ocassional cuss words.
